Covid Protocol

We will continue to sanitize every surface in our units, this includes using disinfectant and/or bleach on all of the provided linens.  As always we will be available throughout the day to help you with planning your daily activities. We ask you to please be mindful of others desire to social distance. 

 

Deposit info

Reservations are tentative until a deposit of one night’s rent is received. Reservations for a period of 5 days or more will require a 2 night deposit. Once the deposit is processed, the cancellation policy below applies. We accept cash, Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. Your balance is due upon arrival. We do not accept personal or business checks upon arrival. Reservations are held until 8:00 pm on date of arrival. Arrivals after 8:00 pm will require advanced notification.

 

Cancellation

Due to the size of our Resort, cancellations greatly affect us therefore we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. When we arrange an accommodation we enter into a contract and we lose the opportunity to reserve the room to others. There is a $25 cancellation fee per room on all cancellations 15 days or greater in advance of your arrival. Cancellations within the 14 day window, reservations made within 14 days of arrival, no shows the day of arrival, or early departures after arrival will not receive any refund or credit. All cancellations must be made via email, phone cancellations will not be accepted.

All rooms are non -smoking. Smoking and Vaping is permitted in outside areas, a $250 fee will be charged to your card on file for Smoking or Vaping in our rooms. No Smoking or Vaping in the pool area for the comfort of all guests please. Rollaway beds are NOT available. Please refer to the unit description for the maximum occupancy rate. There must be at least one individual 25 years or older per unit to check-in and stay with us. Check-in is from 3 pm to 8 pm.  Check-out is promptly at 10:30 am.

 

WiFi disclaimer
Please note that we are in the mountains with limited cell towers and cable internet service. When there is a surge of people in the area WiFi and cell service tend to bog down. Service is best early morning before 8 am and after 11 pm as usage is down at these times. This is not a problem just at our property but all over the area given the terrain and limited cell towers. Weekends are the worst of times and weekdays have much better service as there are less people in the area fighting for the same service.

Dog Policy

There is an additional nightly fee per dog. Dogs must be leashed at all times. We ask dogs do their business behind the lower units, bags are provided. Dogs are not allowed to be left in the room alone for more than a 2 hour period.  Any damage caused by the dog will be the financial responsibility of the registered guest and charged to the credit card on file. Per the ADA, Service animals are working animals, not pets. Please present a current rabies certificate upon check-in.
